Can Johnny 5 short circuit your brain???

Look at the chart and say the COLOUR of the word and NOT the word itself.


Why is it so difficult?

Because the right half of your brain is trying to say the color, while the left side of your brain is trying to say the word!

  • WAIT WAIT!!! Finally! 6 semesters of psychology classes can be put to use!

    It's a classic example of the *wait for it..drum roll* Stroop experiment!! The reason we find it so difficult is cuz our brain's trained to automatically read words whereas decoding colour's a more conscious process.
